November:
At the Amsterdam Winners Show, the largest show in Holland, Best Veteran in Breed and then Best Veteran in Show was Marco Kroon's Dutch Ch. Redwitch Lamech Dare To Dance.
New Champion at just 2 years and 1 day Redwitch Dressed to Impress takes CACIB and Best Opposite Sex to take her Finish title- well done to owner Paivi Silomaki.
October:
Redwitch reaches a milestone taking our 300th Challenge Certificate with Akitas bred or owned by us. Ch/ Am Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait does it in style taking CC, Best of Breed and Group 1.
Another great World Show for Redwitch Akitas !
From an incredible entry of 141 in Bratislava, Dog CACIB , BOB & Group 3 was Ch Senseo All Eyes On Me, sired by Ch Redwitch Turning Heads. Bitch CACIB and BOS was Sp/Por/Gib Ch. Redwitch Luck Be A Lady and 1st Open Bitch was won by her sister Dan Ch. Redwitch All That Glitters.
The following day at the Club Speciality Show at The World Show All That Glitters won Open Bitch , Bitch CAC and BOS with her son taking Best Puppy in Breed.
Huge congratulations to all the owners and handlers.
Meanwhile at the Group 5 Speciality Show in Denmark, Nor/Swe Ch. Redwitch Its My Party finished a great week for Redwitch by taking Bitch CAC, BOB, her Danish and Nordic Titles and then an incredible BIS.
September:
In Holland Redwitch Stop N Stare wins Best Junior Bitch, Best Junior In Breed, Best Bitch & BCC at just 9 months for owner Michael Schoeters.
Redwitch do the double at the Adelaide Royal. Best of Breed was Aus. Gr. Ch. Redwitch Strike Force and Best Opposite Sex Aus Ch. Redwitch Girls Night Out (Champers). Congratulations to Champers' son, Darquehorse Velvet Underground, winning Best Puppy in Show.
In Spain, Sp. Ch. REdwitch Luck Be A Lady takes her International and Gibraltar titles.
In Denmark, at Copenhagen Winners Show, Redwitch All That Glitters takes CACIB and Best of Breed on 2 consecutive days and Group 3 and is now a Danish Champion. This gives all 4 puppies from this litter their title, Redwitch Ker Ching in UK and Japan, Redwitch Magic and Sparkle in Norway and Sweden, Redwitch Luck Be A Lady in Spain and Gibraltar and Redwitch All That Glitters in Denmark. Our congratulations to all the owners.
At Darlington Championship Show, 1st Puppy Bitch was Redwitch Walkin On Sunshine, 1st Junior Bitch was Redwitch Ticket To Ride with Mapekim, 1 st Open Bitch and RCC was won by Ch Redwitch Lapdancer.
At City of Birmingham Championship Show, Redwitch What Goes Around won Limit Bitch and Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace won the Reserve Bitch CC. Redwitch Walkin On Sunshine, owned by Mr & Mrs Dawes won the Puppy Stakes on the day and was overall runner-up.
August:
Making her debut on the show scene in Croatia Redwitch Drama Queen took BOB and Group 1 for owner handler Marin Nekic.
Redwitch Dress To Impress wins Best of Breed and Group 1 at Turku International Show and Group 2 at Joensuu's International Show.
In Denmark at the International Dog Show at Hillered, Redwitch All That Glitters won the bitch cc and Best Of Breed.
In Belgium Redwitch Stop And Stare took Best Puppy In Show in her final show in the puppy class.
Here in the UK at The Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show, DK/SWE/FIN CH Redwitch Turning Heads makes it a day to remember for his owners by taking the Dog CC and Best Of Breed, the 6th Redwitch bred dog to win a CC this year.

July 2009:
At the Mikkeli Int Dog Show in Finland Redwitch Dress To Impress was BOB and Group I and followed this with BOS at the Finnish Speciality Show under judge Chris Thomas (Nosferatu )
In Norway Redwitch Magic and Sparkle is now Swedish & Norwegian Champion after taking 5CC's in 6 shows.
At East of England Championship Show, Redwitch Chills 'N' Thrills won Limit Bitch and the Bitch CC. Best Puppy in Breed was Redwitch Ticket To Ride with Mapekim owned by Mike and Pam Window.
June 2009:
At Blackpool Championship Show, Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace win Bitch CC and Best of Breed. Redwitch Chills 'N' Thrills won the Limit Bitch class.
At 3 Counties Championship Show, Bitch CC and Best of Breed was won by Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace, the sixth Akita from this kennel to win a CC so far this year. Reserve Bitch CC was won by Redwitch Chills 'N' Thrills. Best Puppy in Breed was Redwitch Ticket To Ride at Mapekim owned by Mike & Pam Window.
At Southern Counties Championship Show Redwitch Chills 'N' Thrills won Limit Bitch and the Bitch CC. Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace won Open Bitch and the Reserve CC. Chilli is the fifth dog from this kennel to win a CC so far this year.
May 2009:
At the Sottish Kennel Club Champ Show it was another great day for the Redwitch Kennel. Ch Redwitch Lapdancer won Open Bitch, and the Bitch CC, her 30th, thus making her the Bitch Breed Record Holder. Redwitch Living The Dream again won Limit Dog, this time with Reserve Dog CC. Shayne now has 2CC's and 2 Reserve CC's at just 18 months of age.
News from Japan that Ch. Redwitch Ker Ching took his first All- breeds Best In Show at the FCI KINKI INT Show in Japan.
At National Dog Show 2009, Redwitch Living The Dream took his second CC. Redwitch Chills And Thrills won Limit Bitch and the Reserve Bitch CC. Ch. Redwith Leather And Lace won Open Bitch and 1st Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy Bitch was Mike & Pam Window's Redwitch Ticket to Ride with Mapekim. Living The Dream also took Best of Breed and Group 4, a great achievement for 'Shayne' at just 18 months of age.
April 2009
Redwitch 'do the double' at WELKS Championship Show. Redwitch Living The Dream won Limit Dog and the Dog CC. Beaufleet's Kansas Kelly at Redwitch won Open Bitch, Bitch CC, Best of Breed and Group 4. Redwitch Chills 'N Thrills won Limit Bitch. Congratulations to Mike and Pam Window with Redwitch Ticket To Ride with Mapekim for winning the Purina ProPlan Dog World Puppy Stakes outright and qualifying for the finals.

March 2009
At the Akita Club Of Scotland's first Championship Show 1st Open Dog, Dog CC and BEST IN SHOW was CH/ Am CH Redwitch Heaven Can Wait, taking his 40th CC on the day.
1st Junior Dog was Dollar's son Redwitch Living The Dream, 1st Open Bitch and Reserve Bitch CC was Ch Redwitch Leather and Lace and Best Puppy Bitch in Show was Mike & Pam Window's Redwitch Ticket To Ride with Mapekim.
To complete the day Redwitch won the Breeders Team award.
February 2009
At the first International show of the year in Denmark , hosted by The Danish Kennel Club in Fredericia, Int Ch. Redwitch Turning Heads, owned by Heidi & Anders Johansen, won BOB and Group 1 under judge Horst Kliebenstein and then went on to BIS under judge Svend Lovenkjaer. A tremendous start to the new season, congratulations to all.
January 2009
At only his 4th show in Australia, Andy Parker & Linda Buckley's Redwitch Call The Shots is still doing just that. At Nowra KC he took Dog CC, BOB, and a Group 1st. Bullet is now almost half way to his Championship.
And, at Pontefract C S Open show , Mike & Pam Windows new baby Redwitch Ticket To Ride with Mapekim , showed them all how to do it, taking Best In Show and Best Puppy in Show, aged just six and a half months.
At Manchester Championship Show Open Bitch, Bitch CC and Best of Breed was Ch. Redwitch Lapdancer. With this win, Deva now equals the Bitch CC record with 29 CC's. Reserve Bitch CC was won by Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace. Redwitch What Goes Around and Redwitch Living The Dream won 1st Limit Bitch and 1st Junior Dog respectively.
Starting the New Year right in Sydney, Australia, Redwitch Call The Shots had his second show and again won Dog CC , BOB and Best Junior In Group.
December 2008
Congratulations to Marin Nekic and Amadar True Colours At Redwitch ( our Dollar son ) for going Top Dog All Breeds in Croatia and representing his country at the prestigious Eukanuba Classic in California.
In Australia Andy Parker & Linda Buckley's Redwitch Call The Shots made his debut and came out with a bang , taking Dog CC, BOB and Best Junior in Group.
Another Redwitch making her debut was Redwitch Magic and Sparkle owned by Friedrich Birkmar. Debutes dont come much bigger than this ! At the NDK Show, Eiddsvoll, Norway Toni won BOB, Group 1 under Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen and Reserve BIS under Dan Ericson. At the same show, also owned by Friedrich, Redwitch Never Say Never came back out with his new coat and took Best Dog and BOS to his kennelmate.
November:
On Nov 9th at Valdemorillo, Spain , Redwitch Luck Be A Lady (Rachel) won BOB, Group First and Best In Show.
The following weekend at the Int Show in Jerez she again took 2CC's, 2 BOB and a Group 1st.
On Nov 30th at the Int Show in Santarem, Portugal , Rachel won the Cacib, BOB, and Group 1st , thus making her the No 1 Akita 2008 in Portugal.
At the Akita Club of Scotland show Ch Redwitch Lapdancer went BIS and Redwitch Living The Dream was BOS from the Junior class.
NEW CHAMPION !!!! In Spain Redwitch Luck be a Lady won her Title in style , taking her final CC , Group 1 and Reserve BIS at the Area de Extremadura National Show.

At Midland Counties Ch. Show, Ch/Am.Ch Redwitch Heaven Can Wait won the Utility Champion Stakes.
At the Akita Association Specialty Championship Show, Ch/Am.Ch Redwitch Heaven Can Wait won Open Dog, Dog CC and Reserve Best in Show.
September:
At Belfast Ch. Show Redwitch Ker Ching won the Dog CC and also his crown making him the 30th British Akita Champion, owned or bred by the Redwitch Kennel. Bitch CC, her 28th, and BOB was Ch. Redwitch Lapdancer. And completing a fantastic day Redwitch Living The Dream won Best Puppy, the Reserve Dog CC and 2nd in the Puppy Stakes at only his second Champ Show.
At Darlington Championship Show, Redwitch Living The Dream won Best Puppy in Breed. Redwitch What Goes Around won Junior Bitch and the Reserve Bitch CC.
At the Spitzdog Speciality Show in Denmark, Heidi Thomsen and Anders Johansen's Redwitch And Why Not won BOB, BOB Junior and BIS Junior 2. The same owners' Redwitch All That Glitters, at her first outing , also won Reserve Best Bitch
August:
Making his debut show on his return from the USA Ch /Am Ch Redwitch Heaven Can Wait took the Dog CC , BOB and was shortlisted in an excellent Group at the Scottish Kennel Clubs Championship Show. This takes Dollar's tally of CC's to 38. The Bitch CC, her 27th, and thus making her the 2nd Top Winning Akita Bitch with all her CC's won under different judges was won by Ch Redwitch Lapdancer. And to complete an incredible day, Redwitch What Goes Around finished her Puppy career in style by taking her 12th Best Puppy in Breed .
At Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show Ch. Redwitch Lap Dancer won Open Bitch and Bitch CC. Redwitch Ker Ching won the Reserve Dog CC and Redwitch What Goes Around won her 11th Best Puppy in Breed.
At the Welsh Akita Club Open Show Redwitch babies flew the flag. Redwitch Chills N Thrills won Minor Puppy bitch at her debut show, Redwitch Living The Dream, also at his debut, won Puppy Dog and Reserve BPIS and Redwitch What Goes Around won Puppy Bitch, BPIS and Reserve BIS.
At Bournemouth Champ Show Teagan continued her winning ways, taking her 10th BPIB and the Reserve Bitch CC and then going on to win a very strong Utility Puppy Group.
July:
At Leeds Championship Show, Ch. Redwitch Lap Dancer won Bitch CC and Best of Breed. Deva was then shortlisted in the Group. Reserve Bitch CC and Best Puppy in Breed was won by LapDancer's daughter, Redwitch What Goes Around.
NEW REDWITCH CHAMPION... At Sintra National Show Portugal, Redwitch Luck be a Lady finished her Portuguese Championship in style taking her fourth consecutive CC with Group 1. Congratulations to Rachel's owners Alvaro Cosme and Alfonso De Diego.
REDWITCH ARE THE BREEDERS OF THE CURRENT No 1 AKITA DOG AND No1 AKITA BITCH IN THE USA.
AM. CH.REDWITCH REASON TO BELIEVE IS STILL CURRENTLY THE NO 1 AKITA AND CH./AM.CH. REDWITCH HEAVEN CAN WAIT IS RANKED NO 4, BUT IS THE TOP RANKED MALE.
At East of England Championship Show Ch. Redwitch Lap Dancer won Open Bitch, Bitch CC (her 24th) and BOB.
In Ireland at the Swords Championship Show Bob Browne's Redwitch Dress To Thrill won Puppy Group 2 and then followed this by winning the Puppy Stakes.
In West Palm Beach, Florida, Laura Miller's Redwitch Let It Shine won Winners Bitch, Best Of Winners and Best Opposite Sex.
In Lisbon, over two days Alvaro Cosme's Redwitch Luck Be A Lady won CC, CACIB, and BOB and Group 1 on both days. Rachel also won the Mediterranean Winner Championship and her qualifying award card for Crufts 2009.
At the World Show in Stockholm-
Dog CACIB and Best Of Breed was won by GB & Int Ch. Redwitch The Heat Is On owned by Mirko Lunden.
Bitch CACIB and BOS was Swe Ch. Redwitch Pardon Me Boys, again owned by Mirko Lunden.
Reserve Bitch CACIB Swe/ Norw Ch Redwitch It's My Party owned by Friedrich Birkmar.

At South Wales Championship, Dog CC and Best of Breed was won by Redwitch Ker Ching who was later shortlisted in the Group. Best Puppy in Breed, her 8th in a row, was won by Redwitch What Goes Around. Congratulations also to John Lugg with Redwitch You're Beautiful on winning the Reserve Bitch CC.
June:
At Windsor Championship Show Redwitch What Goes Around won her 7th Championship Show Best Puppy in Breed.

At Border Union Championship Show Redwitch What Goes Around took her fifth Best Puppy In Breed making her tally 5 shows , 5 firsts and 5 Best Puppy. Also two New Champions sired by Ch. Redwitch Feel Free To Stare in 2 shows!! At Three Counties Ruthdales Upper Cut At Hachibi owned by Di & Stve Rann took his crown and at Border Union Karen Fowkes' Kyoshi Grand Marnier completed his title bringing the total number of Champions sired by JC to 12. Our congratulations to all concerned.
In America Redwitch Let It Shine owned by Laura Miller made her show debut on Sunday at the Akita Club of America Region Two Specialty Show. She won the Sweepstakes overall under breed judge Mr Lawrence Caplan then went on to take Winners Bitch and Best Opposite Sex from the Puppy Class under Dr Harry Smith Jnr.

And over the pond, CH. & Am. Ch Redwitch Heaven Can Wait adds another Group 1 and Group 2 to his tally at shows in Reno , Nevada.
May:

Ch. Am. Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait takes Group 1, Group 2 and Group 4 in 3 days of showing over the weekend in California, handled exclusively for Redwitch by Laurie Jordan- Fenner.
At SKC Championship Show, Ch. Redwich Lap Dancer wins the Champion Stakes on the day and was runner-up overall.
Redwitch What Goes Around takes back-to-back Best Puppy in Breed at her first three shows- SKC, Bath and WELKS Championship Shows.
Redwitch Never Say Never takes Best Puppy and Best Puppy In Show 4 at Hasslehdm in Sweden.
Redwitch around the world (9th and 10th May) ...
In Portugal Redwitch Luck Be A Lady owned by Alvaro Cosme & Tito de Diego took the CACIB, BOB and Group 1st at Elva and the following day took CACIB, BOB & Group 3 at Badajoz in Spain.
In Holland Ch. Redwitch I Rest My Case won CACIB, BOB and Group 3 for Eric Zwoferink.
And, in Australia NZ Ch. Redwitch Dance for Me won three consecutive BOB's at Bathurst plus a Group 2 on the first day for Andy Parker & Margaret Hippolite, thus making him unbeaten in the breed in 7 consecutive shows.
Redwitch Drama Queen, owned by Robert and Sharon Hitchcock, made her show debut taking Best Puppy, Best of Breed, Utility Puppy Group 1, Utility Group 1 and Best Puppy in Show at just 6 months and 1 week.
In Denmark, Int. Ch. Redwitch Turning Heads, owned by Heidi Thomsen & Anders Johanson, takes another Best of Breed and Group 3 whilst stablemate Redwitch And Why Not at her debut takes Best In Show at just 6 months and 2 days followed by Reserve Best Puppy in Show two days later.
April:
At WELKS, Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace won Open Bitch and Bitch CC. On her Championship Show debut Redwitch What Goes Around took Best Puppy In Breed then won the Dog World ProPlan Puppy Stakes on the day. 'Teagan' finished the day winning the Puppy Stakes overall from 369 entries and qualifying for the finals next January.
New Norwegian and Swedish Champion- Redwitch It's My Party, owned by Friedrich Birkmar, who also won Best Puppy first time out with Redwitch Never Say Never.
NZ. Ch. Redwitch Dance For Me, owned by Andrew Parker and Margaret Hippolite made his Australian debut taking Dog CC & Best of Breed at two consecutive shows. At the same shows, Aus. Ch. Redwitch Girls Night Out took Bitch CC and Best Opposite Sex and Reserve Bitch CC for Andrew Parker & Linda Buckley.
Ch. Am. Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait takes Best Of Breed over the No. 1 Akita and Group 3 at his first time out as a special at Sacremento.
March 2008:
Dollar takes his American title going undefeated Winners Dog and Best of Winners every day in just two weekends. Dollar is now Ch. Am. Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait and the first British bred Champion to take both his UK and US titles.

Ch/Dutch Ch. Redwitch I Rest My Case wins Group 1 and Best In Show 3 in Holland.
Aus. Ch. Redwitch Strike Force wins another Best In Show.
Swe. Ch. Redwitch Pardon Me Boys wins Best Of Breed and Group 3.
Ch. Redwitch I Rest My Case is now also a Dutch Champion. 'Chance' is owned by Eric Zwoferink.
February 2008:

At Manchester Championship Show, Reserve Dog CC was won by Redwitch Ker Ching and the Reserve Bitch CC was won by Ch. Redwitch Lapdancer.
Redwitch begins 2008 as an award-winning kennel.
Redwitch are honoured to receive the Award of Excellence, presented by "Dog World" for outstanding contributions to the world of dogs.

December 2007:
Redwitch finishes 2007 as Top Akita Breeder and Joint Top Breeder in the Utility Group.
Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait finished the year as the No. 1 Akita Dog, Top Sire & Top Stud Dog.
In America BISS BIS Am. Ch. Redwitch Reason To Believe finishes the year as the Number 2 All-Breeds after an incredible year which saw Macey taking her 61st All-Breed Best In Show win.
Dan. Ch. Redwitch Turning Heads goes Best of Breed and Group 1 at the Finish All-Winners Show.
Ch. Redwitch I Rest My Case goes Best of Breed at the Netherlands Akita Inu Championship Show and Reserve Best In Show overall.
At Alicante 2 day show, Redwitch Luck Be A Lady, first time in the Intermediate class, takes the CC on both days and Best of Breed over all specials. Judged by Nancy Russell (USA) on the second day.
At LKA Championship Show, Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait takes the Reserve Dog CC. Beaufleets Kansas Kelly at Redwitch wins Open Bitch, Bitch CC and Best of Breed.
Macey, Am. Ch. Redwitch Reason To Believe, takes Best of Breed and Group 1 at the Eukanuba Classic.
In Japan, Ch. Redwitch Playboy finished No. 1 All-Breeds in September and has come back out after a short break to win Best In Show.
Am Ch. Redwitch Reason to Believe takes her 58th & 59th All Breeds Best In Show!

For the second year in a row, Am. Ch. Redwitch Reason To Believe wins the ACA National Specialty.

At Driffield Championship Show Ch. Redwitch Heaven Can Wait won Open Dog, Dog CC and Best of Breed. 1st Junior Dog was Redwitch Ker Ching and 1st Junior Bitch was Redwitch Magic and Sparkle.
Back-to-Back Best In Show wins this weekend for Am. Ch. Redwitch Reason To Believe as she wins her 43rd and 44th All-Breed Best In Shows.
At Darlington Championship Show Redwitch Ker Ching won 1st Junior Dog and the Reserve Dog CC. Simon then competed in the Utility, Terrier and Hound RCC winners class and won 1st AVD. Simon then went on to win the PetPlan Junior Stakes overall.
At City of Birmingham Championship Show, Redwitch Ker Ching wins 1st Puppy Dog, Best Puppy In Breed, the Reserve Dog CC & Puppy Group 1. Redwitch Magic And Sparkle won 1st Puppy Bitch and the Pet Plan Junior Stakes. Ch. Redwitch Leather And Lace won the Reserve Bitch CC.
August 2007:
At the Estoril National Dog Show in Portugal, Redwitch Luck Be A Lady, owned by Alvaro Cosme and Tito de Diego, won Best of Breed from the Junior class, Adult Group 3, and Reserve All Breed Junior Best in Show. The following d ay, 'Rachel' won Best of Breed form the Junior class, Reserve All Breed Junior Best In Show and Adult Group 1.
At SKC Championship Show Ch Redwitch Leather And Lace wins Open Bitch and Bitch CC. Redwitch Ker Ching wins 1st Junior Dog, Best Puppy Dog, Best Puppy in Breed and the Reserve Dog CC. Redwitch Magic And Sparkle won 1st Junior Bitch.

Crufts sees Redwitch bitches take 1st & 2nd in Open Bitch with Ch. Redwitch Leather and Lace winning the Bitch CC. What a start to the year for this awesome girl- she is already the youngest Champion in breed history, runner-up in the Junior Stakes finals and now takes her 5th CC on her first appearance at Crufts.
Am. Ch. Redwitch Reason To Believe takes her 26th Best In Show. At time of writing Macey is the NO. 1 DOG ALL-BREEDS IN AMERICA.
February 2007:
Am. Ch. Redwitch Reason To Believe wins Best of Breed at Westminster and goes on to take the Working Group. Macey is the first Akita bitch and only the second Akita ever to win the Working Group there. Our sincere thanks to Laurie and 'Team Macey' for all their hard work and dedication.
